In anticipation of the Feast of St. Michael the Archangel*, please join us for a special Blue Mass dedicated to all law enforcement officers, first responders, and service men and women. This sacred event is a time to honor, pray for, and show solidarity with those who serve and protect our communities.

Let us gather to pray for their safety, strength and guidance as they serve our society.

This fundraising international dinner will direct 100% of proceeds toward the Water 4 Mercy project our parish is adopting in Siasi A Village, Tanzania. Help us bring clean water and sustainable agriculture to this village community, home to 3,027 people who rely on unsafe, contaminated water. Women and children walk miles daily starting at 5 a.m. just to collect water from a dangerous 15-foot pit.

Together we can bring life-saving water and agricultural solutions to transform entire communities in Africa.

Volunteers Needed

Bring a dish from your country to share with the community.

Knights of Columbus Breakfast and Nativity of Mary Celebration

Knights of Columbus Breakfast and Nativity of Mary Celebration Join us Sunday, September 6 from 8:30am – 11:00am in the Parish Center for a delicious break- fast hosted by the Knights of Columbus including, pancakes, eggs, sausage, and drink. Cost is $5.00. The Legion of Mary will also have a table set up for the Blessed Mother’s Birthday. Come and say hello! All are welcome!

Nativity of Mary Celebration!

On Sunday, September 6th the Legion of Mary will host a birthday party for the Blessed Mother, whose birthday is celebrated on September 8th. The Legion will have a table set up in the Parish Center at the Knights of Columbus Pancake Breakfast that morning. Please stop by and say hello!

Water 4 Mercy

This weekend, we welcome Deacon James Munuhe from St. Michael Catholic Church in Clearwater and Mrs. Nermine Rubin, founder and CEO of Water 4 Mercy, a 501 (c) 3 charity, approved and promoted by Bishop Gregory Parkes. Deacon James will be preaching at all Masses to share his enthusiastic endorsement of this wonderful charity and invite our community to share in its mission by attending an international dinner here on the evening of Saturday, October 3rd. Nermine and a member of her team will also be in the narthex to sell tickets and distribute flyers for what should be a terrific community event!

Caregiver Support Group

A new group is forming for those who are Caregivers. The first meeting will be Wednesday, September 2nd from 10am to 11:30am in the Marian Room. Come and see how we can help each other during this most difficult and most sacred time. Caring for our loved ones is innate to being human and part of our expression of our belief in Jesus Christ. Come and find strength with others in the arduous journey. Good information to help overcome the constantly changing needs of our loved ones, support from each other and some fun.

The group will be meeting on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month; but you can come when you are able.
